Policies

Adjustments to any service may be made within seven days of the original service.
Gratuities are appreciated but cannot be accepted on checks or credit cards.
Credit cards are required to schedule appointments.
Merchandise can be exchanged within seven days with a receipt. Credit will be issued for future services or product purchases.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please note that any appointment that is cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, or that is missed without notice is subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% of the scheduled service price. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
